Subscription Plus Overage Initial Charge

On the subscription plus overage plan, they are not charged until the end of the 1st billing cycle. This doesn’t make sense. We need the option to charge upfront for that first month (like any other subscription service). Currently the only way to charge upfront is to use subscription plus usage packs (which limits us to that business model only).

    Subscription plus overage plan runs according to the Stripe metered billing system - the billing does not happen in our system but on Stripe. In order for metered billing to work Stripe needs to count the usage and then generate a bill as per the billing frequency you set. Hence even if it does not work for you, thats how Stripe metered billing works. That said, we are looking into ways to add more flexibility to the billing system and we might have a solution in a few weeks.
